« The place was dirty and smelled bad. They were supposed to have coffee and breakfast but didn't. I would not recommend. »

« Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »

« There was nowhere in the hotel to get cold water, other than bar. Which is not always opened, nowhere to get ice either. No shower door, which was odd. The the ceiling was rough concrete, but not in a chic industrial way, in a - it was never completed way. Didn’t realize how tiny room was. I had asked for staff to fix a light that didn’t work on arrival, said they would, they did not. The bed was comfy, and the lounge areas were beautiful and fun! « The room was clean & well appointed »

« Most importantly it was clean & staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very refreshing to stay somewhere that actually had a nice shower with good water pressure. The restaurant wasn’t so great and it would’ve been nice to have a swimming pool. Probably better for business trips than for family. But overall, it was a nice clean comfortable spot to stay the night. I would recommend. »

« Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon ! Petit bémol : Les bouteilles d'eau payantes dans la chambre. Autant les enlever ou à défaut, ajouter un mini-bar. »

« La chambre etais impeccable. Le personnel tres professionel. Tres belle hotel pour le prix. Le seul bémole etais qu'il n'y avait pas de café le matin .ni dans la chambre ,ni dans l'espace acceuil. Sinon j'aurrais mis un 5 etoiles »
