« There were cob webs and spiders all over the base boards and the bottom of furniture and in kitchen. The kitchen cabinets had a stickiness to them as if they haven't been cleaned in years. The dishwasher wasn't working and the refrigerator light was out, also had an odor. The bathroom had cob webs and spiders as well at the base of the vanity and shower.
