« easy parking in the AM, but front parking was full on friday after 8pm, had to park on the back of building. room carpet felt really worn out so had to keep sandals or at least socks on. but it was clean and so was the rest of the room. staff was really tentative and friendly but once you find them, they didnt stay by the lobby. breakfast 7 to 9, but at 8am there was nothing left on the hotplate, just cereal and salty coffee. pool was on the chilli side but it was clean and not smelly of...

« The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of...

« Homess people at the parking lot approaching cars for cash. Back door to the parking lot is wide open, lock doesn't work, pretty much anyone can access from the parking lot. In the middle of the night - past midnight- shirtless guy knocks on everyone's door one by one begging for food. No staff to reach by phone. I truly felt unsafe and slept in "alert mode" all night. Pool is basic, sauna needs 45 minutes notice to staff to heat up. Gym is basic, there were containers of wet antibacterial...

« This is by far the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed at. Every little thing was considered. The coffee and creamer in the kitchen was such a nice touch. We didn't have to go out to just buy coffee. It is in a great location with beautiful views of downtown. Every inch of the house is cozy and inviting. The host was very helpful and had many recommendations for already attractions. We highly recommend staying here, and if we're ever in the area again, we will choose to stay here. »
