"Mia the wonderful lady at the counter is the one who saved my experience that weekend. Unfortunately the heater in the first room was over heating and giving off a burnt smell. The parking space to the room was not plowed out, glad I have 4x4. She was great in getting me a different room, however it didn’t have a plug for the bathroom. Mia again saved the day by finding me one. And also fixed the tv the next day. One suggestion for the cleaning staff would be to check the tv volume and channel when cleaning to get a head of any issues with the tv/cable before customers arrive. And mia needs a raise. "
