« We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 with three boys (ages 8, 9, 11). The check in process was easy and communication was on-point. No issues while we stayed here. My only callouts would be to prepare to park on the street a few doors or a block down from the loft since right out front is not reserved and not guaranteed. Parking was free though! The kitchen came in handy and we used it daily multiple times a day! Lastly, the bunkbeds and provided games were a hit with the kids. »

« Communication with the host was excellent, Questions prior to the stay and during the stay were informative and answered promptly. The unit is very conveniently located - just a couple of blocks from a CTA train station, plenty of restaurants close, and a grocery store just steps away. The unit was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed, even some small snacks and other items to make it homey. Great place to use as home base to explore Chicago. »

« March 2026- The location is great, 10-15 min walk to both United Center and the Blue Line, and Pete’s Market is a great option for premade food and groceries right next door. However, there are no close restaurants other than fast food. The red awning property manager adds an extra layer between customer and owner that seriously delayed getting check in info. « The area seemed a little sketch but all in all we had no issues or problems with anyone. The neighbors were super nice every time we crossed paths. The inside is small but we expected that already. We enjoyed the coffee that’s there for guest. I do agree the couch does look a little on the rough side but we can’t complain! The space was clean! »

« Had a great stay here. Neighborhood was quiet and had a great bakery just around the corner. Uber/Lyfts ranged between 13 - 17 to downtown which was great. House was clean and met our needs for a group of 7. Would definitely recommend!Only complaints were beds not super comfortable, no spatulas and the upstairs neighbors were loud until 2am on two of the nights. »

« Beautiful property- nicely and comfortably furnished. Very clean! Had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to many things. Bus line nearby. Would gladly stay here again! »
