"We are always a late check in as we leave work on a second shift, then drive 3 hours to visit family. We stay here because it's close to the mall. We always call so they know we're coming. No answer from the front desk person from 10pm to 3am. Called corporate and they said they would get there as soon as possible so my room doesn't get released. Was not at all happy with that. The rest of the stay was good. "

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast, and clean. There were several unfinished patches on the walls in the room but, other than that it was a decent hotel stay. We felt safe and enjoyed the pool/hut tub."
