"We had a blast staying hereThere is so much nature and things to doOn a rainy day we took the kids the next town over to the discovery museum , and we saw several caves and waterfalls. Not to mention the creek running down the mountain on the property. On our last day there was an amazing lighting storm over the mountains. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet relaxing vacation."

"Tucked away in a secluded spot, this little slice of heaven was every bit as beautiful as pictured. The sounds of the river and cool AM temps did not disappoint. We can also honestly say the generator worked like a charm during a surprise storm and wouldn’t have changed any of it. Charming town and open spaces gifted us the quiet and family time we needed. Chris was a fantastic host and couldn’t have done more to make our trip super special. "

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cottontail Farmhouse!! Very cozy, clean, and comfortable place. The host was very prompt with questions and super friendly. The location was so close to everything and there was plenty of parking for our trailers and sxs. We will be using this rental again in the future. "
