« The house was very comfortable overall, and the main bed in particular was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with enough essentials for us to prepare our meals without any issues.The only area that did not meet the same standard as the rest of the home was the bathroom. The shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, with noticeable soap scum on and underneath the provided shampoo and conditioner bottles. « Let me say... I loved Ruth Lake Resort, I can't wait to go back. We stayed in cabin #1. It was clean, comfortable and provided all the basics. I love the lake access, the spot to hang out and watch the sun set. We didn't get a chance to use the grills, but will next time. The garage is another spot you can hang out in, we did. We appreciated the extra area's in the garage, the ice machine, just all of it. We had everything we need and could of just hung out at the resort all day. I want to...

« The log constructed beds are interesting but a bit too bulky for the small cabin, making a bedside table not bedside but a couple feet away. No place for toiletries in bathroom and the shower floor was spongy. Not dealbreakers but improvements could be made. Everything else was very nice. »

« Found these cottages by chance & we’re so grateful. It seemed that EVERY other place was booked; required multiple night stays, or would not allow pets. Our request was granted promptly thru VRBO, as usual. Admittedly, it was strange not having a hotel clerk to admit us, but we were used to it w VRBO.
