"The bathroom sink was slow draining. They came in and cleared the drain but man did it stink. Also they don’t check the filter on the air conditioner it was filthy and we had to try to clean it because it was not blowing cold air. Also parking sucks."

"This property was great for a budget price. It’s an old building, so not perfect, but it was still nice. Our balcony was wonderful and the beds are amazingly comfortable! The staff was friendly. The convenience was awesome. You can walk right to the beach! The only issues we had were that the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. That wasn’t awesome. Also, our lighting in the room did not work, so we had to do without enough lights. Otherwise, I’d stay here again."

"First time going to FL and 1st time staying at the Hyatt hotel very clean room friendly staff breakfast wasnt bad hot breakfast at that. They also have happy hour everyday they have a bar down stairs. The pool was very big and very clean and relaxing as well plus it was close to the beach there alot of things u can do in the area as well alot of things walking distance"

Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and it made it easy for us to relax and fully enjoy our time away. We’re so grateful to the entire Lodge 30A team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lodge 30A to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay!"
