Location de vacances de particulier à Waterloo

« This is an impeccably maintained home. I really enjoyed the backyard patio and dining area and took full advantage of it with such nice weather. I love the fact that I don't have to keep track of a key. Kitchen is well stocked with staples and plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. Coffee filters and coffee availability was a big plus. Don't know if that was left by a previous customer or the owner but it sure did help. »

« I stayed for one night because I had a event in Waterloo and the host was really communicative, the house was perfect for my group and very clean »

« the check-in process is clear and easy to follow, and the property is clean and well-stocked, with toiletries, towels, and supplies for coffee and tea. the furniture is comfortable, and both wifi and roku tv are provided. hosts are kind and communicative. the location is super convenient: there is a plaza nearby with a grocery store, bank, lcbo, gas station, etc. and the hosts provide a list of nearby restaurants and takeaway locations. »

« Karolina was a fantastic host from start to finish. She's super responsive and any issue I had was resolved the same day. The neighborhood itself is quiet for the most part. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable stay with a host who looks out for her guests. »

« Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps it fair and balanced:The house served its purpose well for our two families and had plenty of space for everyone. Overall, it was reasonably clean, although there were a few areas that didn’t meet the level of cleanliness I was expecting. The location is right in downtown, so be aware that the surrounding neighborhood can feel a bit rougher than other areas. During check-in, I wasn’t completely sure how safe I felt at first, but I didn’t...

« Great host and location. »

« My friend and I were in town for work and stayed here for the week. Check in was easy and the unit was very clean. We had everything that we needed, our stay was comfortable, and the host was very communicative and thoughtful! »

« The place was clearly cheaply built, and the people living upstairs (owner?) Were tromping around until last more than once and there is clearly no soundproofing out in. Also handyman came to caulk the kitchen backsplash during our visit which was just weird. Also, there is no control for the temperature in the unit so you're at the mercy of whatever the main for decides they want the temp to be up there which is clearly different than the basement. »

« There was no parking available. There was a clicking sound coming from one of the electrical switches. I could hear people talking from the floor above me. »

« House was very spacious. In a great neighbourhood. TV and pool table made the evening more enjoyable. Host was very responsive. Overall great place to stay. »

« The property was perfect for traveling as a multigeneraltional family. The home provided everything we needed when it came to dishes and essentials. The bedding and towels were clean and comfrtable and there were extra if we needed it. The layout was great, and close to amenities. »
