"Heathman was wonderful, clean, great staff and service. Great location in the heart of Portland, close to many major venues. Restaurant in Lobby is major disappointment (took 3 hours to get our dinner one night, tried to order room service in the morning and restaurant would not answer the phone, hotel desk clerk took our order for us - major shout out to the Heathman staff - outstanding!!). "

"We always stay here when we visit Portland with our small kids. We love the pool, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the valet parking is convenient and efficient! We enjoy the location as well, an easy walk to Powell’s Books and the cutest little grocery store, World Foods, is right across the street. "
