Once they did bring the food, it was not complete and never did get completed. Comping the meal was not good enough when the whole group was not fed. Hotel didn’t do much other than say sorry. "We always choose to stay here when we’re in the Vancouver area. The accommodations are amazing, a hidden gem tucked behind all the hustle and bustle. The reason for my 3 star staff review is that when we left at 6:30am, the front desk person was far from hospitable and helpful. It was disappointing, but won’t keep us from coming back!"

"They should advertise this as 50 bucks more expensive once you get there because they want to charge you 50 bucks to park your car. Or you can park on the street but you have to pay for that too and you can’t start paying till eight in the morning, so you have to get up early run out there pay come back in and there’s a bunch of dog crap all crap all over the sidewalk while you’re trying to park your car would recommend would not recommend staying here not even a hot tub. What’s going on?"
