The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in Warsaw, in the Praga-Południe district. It is a very attractive location on Stany Stany Avenue. Its great advantage is a well-developed urban infrastructure, you can find here many shops, service establishments and restaurants. The nearest grocery shop, where you can get all the necessary purchases, is located 100 m from the flat. Lovers of good food will appreciate the renowned, atmospheric restaurants and cafes located around the building, the closest being LokalNa Saska (140 m) and Naam Thai (300 m). The flat is located only 4 km from the centre of the capital city with the Central Railway Station and the famous Palace of Culture and Science. This distance can be covered by public transport, which will take about 20 minutes. On the 30th floor of the Palace of Culture there is a unique vantage point from which you can admire the panorama of Warsaw. Despite its proximity to the city centre, the area around the building has plenty of greenery and recreational areas. The distance to the green areas on the banks of the Vistula River is only about 1 kilometre. Here, one can find the beach in Saska Kępa, many paths for walking or jogging, a playground and a ferry stop. It will be an ideal place to spend some quality time with the family and to be out in nature. It is also worth visiting the Old Town, which offers many sights and attractions worth a visit. Here you can also reach, without any problems, by public transport.
