Large five bedroom holiday home situated only 2.5km from Wanaka Township, 5 minutes walk to Bremner Bay and Eely Point, a popular location for boat launching.

This sunny home has recently been renovated and redecorated with new carpet and drapes. The lounge/living area has large bifold doors opening out on to a sunny deck that is a sun trap. The inside area contains a large log fire with heat transfer unit. The fire is very effecient and heats the house aswell as a heatpump. All 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the fifth has 2 single beds aswell as the queen bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are 3 bathrooms servicing the 5 bedrooms.

This home consists of a modern well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, a large living area with separate dining. A conservatory provides a relaxing space, catching all day sun. Bathrooms each contain a shower and toilet, en suite upstairs also has a bath.

A large park situated over the road provides plenty of space for recreation. The house is also equipped with a large plasma television and sky t.v, a gas barbeque, and ample off street parking.

This home is an ideal getaway sleeping 11/12 people with ample living areas and all the comforts of home.

There are 2 outside security cameras operating, which are situated at the front and back door facing the street.
