It's a great house for multiple families, with many bedrooms having private baths. Amenities include a large TV, high-speed WiFi, Ping-Pong, a pool table, and a grill. A Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen is a great way to wake up in the morning. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The kitchen was a dream, there were only two of the bedrooms without its own bathroom, ample seating, and absolutely perfect views. The price was great for the area. The rugs were filthy dirty and not washed or at least rung out. The floor was still dirty from previous guests our feet turned black from the dirt. There were condiments spilled in the kitchen cabinets. The range was not scrubbed. There were dirty towels left in the bathrooms. It was unsatisfactory and I expect to be reimbursed for cleaning. There was also a toilet broken for two days. And we had to request a broom and dustpan which seems pretty ridiculous as every home should have this essential item. Overall the lack of cleaning really took away from our family vacation. A lot of my guests complained. It was not worth the money to clean up after your previous guests because the cleaning staff cannot be trusted. ##### Timothy D.
