"The check in procedure was really bad and poorly communicated. After driving around the complex trying to find a check in desk i called the number on the door. Come to find out they dont have one and you at a condo complex. they then had to send me a link so i could pay an extra 35 dollars i will probably never see again. Then call them back so yhe could then send me instruction on how to get to the renal unit. I then had to what building the unit was in. Over all i would not recommend."

"We enjoy staying at the Drury when we’re in Phoenix. It’s quiet, always very clean and the air conditioning is excellent. It also is quiet, which we appreciate. "

"Nothing in the kitchen to use for cooking or cleaning. No coffee pot. I found this hotel terrible for guests. limited towels only 2 bath towels no wash cloths, no hand towels. Being a new hotel it was clean, can't imagine in a few years what it will look like. Seems like homeless people live there. Thought it was overpriced for getting nothing. No breakfast. no ice machine.. I would NEVER recommend this hotel chain."

"We spent 4 days and 3 nights there. The room was cleaned only once, blankets nor towels were changed but once and only because we asked them to do it. Shampoo and conditioner bottles are very old and have dirt stains. Breakfast is very limited in options. Evening front desk person was very friendly though. "
