"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ...

The host was exceptional and went above and beyond in every way. I arrived around 2:30 AM and was still able to communicate with him without any issues to access the property, which says a lot about his professionalism and care for his guests. "Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. "The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night.
