"Very disappointed in the condition of this “hotel”. I would put it in the motel category and certainly not worth the $180/night. The front desk staff was very nice and the bed seemed clean but everything else was dingy, smelled of old smoke, and falling apart. There was also a McDonald’s soft drink left behind in our mini fridge which made us question the attention to detail in cleaning :( "

"This was the first time I ever stayed on the first floor of a hotel and it was a bit noisy. I heard all kinds of bumps during the night. I will remember to make sure I don’t get a room on the first floor in the future."

"The staff was professional and kind. I was exhausted from traveling when I arrived. Check-in was effortless; app was not working. Good location close to food establishments. I did not eat breakfast this stay. I checked out; forgot my phone charger. I was surprised that it was turned in to lost and found by the housekeeper. I had time to retrieve it prior to leaving the city. I would definitely stay again."

"The price was extremely affordable, but as the old adage goes, “you get what you pay for.” The smoke detector was completely off the wall and on the furniture stand. The tiles in the floor next to the bed were broken. The towels weren’t “dirty,” but “dingy:” they appeared clean but “well used.” I didn’t take any chances on the bed. Instead of taking advantage of the full night I booked, I drove 2 hours home in the middle of the night."
