The Bohemian offers minimum 30-day stays and is compliant with the new Provincial legislation. Constructed in 2013 and situated on the 10th floor of The Mondrian building, The Bohemian provides a delightful experience with a fully furnished kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, an in-suite washer and dryer, a 50” Smart TV with apps such as Netflix and Prime, high-speed internet, and a balcony complete with a BBQ grill and fire pit! The comfortable bedroom features a queen-size bed with black-out curtains, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combination. The den includes a home office with electric adjustable standing desk and printer for those looking to work remotely. The apartment has a portable air conditioner, for those warm days and nights. Building amenities encompass secure underground parking and bicycle storage. Located just a few minutes from the bustling Victoria downtown core, The Mondrian is nestled in an area brimming with Victoria's popular entertainment venues. Essential facilities are easily accessible by foot, bike, or public transportation. Residents can enjoy the convenience of having shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies within arm's reach. Condo size: approx. 771Sq. ft.
