About This Space Welcome to a comfortable and well-maintained condo located in downtown Victoria, within walking distance of the Inner Harbour, restaurants, shops, cafés, and public transit. This home is licensed and offered as a shared residence, in accordance with City of Victoria short-term rental bylaws. The host is a full-time family physician with long and demanding work hours, typically away from the home from early morning until late evening. A separate entrance is used by the host, and guest comfort, privacy, and quiet enjoyment of the space are priorities. This accommodation is well suited to guests who value a safe, calm, and respectful environment. Guests enjoy a private bedroom and private bathroom, along with access to the kitchen and common areas. The home is clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard. The overall atmosphere is quiet and professional, making it ideal for rest after a day of work or exploring the city.
