"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Every staff member from management down to housekeepers were pleasant and extremely helpful. Amenities are awesome, very clean. One of the best experiences I've ever had! Only complaint is the parking situation but that wasnot horrible. We parked at Mellon Square Garage and it was a 6 minute walk, very easy. We will be returning anytime we come to Pittsburgh!! Also keep an eye out on the kickbacks!! Such a great help with food!"

"By far, the best check in experience ever! We arrived 4 hours early for check in, and were given a room immediately for no extra charge. The restaurant on site was great, with an amazing made to order breakfast included with the room. We ate most of our meals right there. My son enjoyed the fitness center. The entire staff, especially the front desk supervisor, was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We almost chose a different hotel; I'm sure glad we didn't. The hotel made our visit to Pittsburgh amazing!!"

"The room was very well maintained--very quiet. Make sure to get a breakfast voucher as the price for the breakfast buffet is very high for the quality of the food offered. The breakfast items are more of what you would find for free at most places. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
