« The room was big, clean, quiet, and inexpensive. »

« Base de lit brisée , couvre- pied plein de trous de cigarettes »

« Un peu decevant. »

« Grande chambre.

« The setup was basic but served its purpose well. »

« This was such a gorgeous and perfectly appointed room, I wish I had arrived earlier to watch the sunset from the glorious patio looking west and was able to enjoy the property before I left. I will absolutely be back! »

« The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience. The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project, the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap. The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests. »

« The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...

« Perfect for our stop on way to the mountains. Safe and plenty of room for trailer. »

« Very clean & cozy studio, with kitchenette.Only issue we had was the hot tub was mis represented to us. The hot tub is presented as you can use it if the guests in the main house are not using it, you may then use the hot tub. After going out & purchasing suits for my husband & I. We were then notified 2 days later that we could not use it due to guests in main house only wanting to use hot tub exclusively.I believe the host should of followed her representation as what was advertised on VRBO. »

« Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. Wifi worked well to get my work done without issues. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable during warm evenings. »

« Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. »

« This property is not fit for occupancy. There are multiple trip hazards, fire hazards, and personal injury issues with this facility. Luckily the owner will have likely addressed and remediated these issues for you to see the true beauty and spectacular views in the area. Some of the most beautiful views in New Mexico are in this area. Bring multiple cameras and take photos that are truly capable of filling any decor, rough and rugged, or very eclectic. Dont miss this one once the repairs...

« Amazing house that felt like home… »
