ROW NYC
8/10 Good
"The ROW is clean and comfortable. Lobby is modern, with a bar and breakfast area and ample seating. You do have to enter your floor number for the elevator to arrive at the lobby, then take your designated elevator to your floor. That is a system I haven’t seen before but it worked well. The rooms were clean and quiet. You can tell it is an older building so not everything is super modern but beds were comfortable. Everything was freshly painted and rugs were new. Overall, I would recommend it and definitely stay there again. The location is fantastic for access to Times Square and Broadway shows, dining and shopping. And the subway is within the block too. Overall, we were happy. It was a girls trip and our room had 2 double beds."

"This stay was great! Tucked away from the bustle of times square, but still close enough to everything to have an easy time getting around. Hotel staff was lovely, and housekeeping staff was especially on top of everything. Very grateful to everyone involved, we’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"This is a great location!! Just 1/2 a block from Times Square and 5-10 min walk from many theaters. Loved staying here and will stay again."

"Affordable, clean, quiet, close to subway lines, not in the middle of Times Square so not so many clueless tourists to deal with, close to good restaurants and bars, rooms are small but if you're in NYC why are you in your room more than you need to sleep, clean up, and get dressed?"

"Beautiful courtyard to sit in the middle of Manhattan! Great views from room of NYC skyline. Staff a little short at times because seemed very busy! Only major problem was the elevators! Seems like only a few were working! Same 3 or 4 worked. And sometimes taken up my cleaning staff so you had to wait for the next one!"
