Charming family-run accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the majestic Château de Valençay and the picturesque village that surrounds it. Nestled in the heart of grounds shared with the owners, this residence offers a warm and friendly accommodation experience, ideal for families looking for a memorable getaway.  
  
Enjoy the privacy of a family-run accommodation, where you can relax and recharge in a comfortable setting. The owners are nearby to offer all the necessary assistance while respecting your privacy.  
  
Enjoy the 2,500m² of common areas shared with the owners and B&B guests, creating a friendly and authentic atmosphere. The private terrace is not overlooked by the B&B and the owners' house. A well-maintained garden, a welcoming terrace, and relaxation areas are available for convivial moments. On the ground floor: kitchen with access to the terrace, toilet  
  
On the first floor: living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate one person, bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm).  
  
Accommodation on the grounds shared with the owners and B&B guests. The terrace is private and faces away from the guest rooms and the owners' house, not overlooked.  
  
The rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating, and electricity, with reasonable consumption. If the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
