Hôtels à partir de – Haut Bazar, Ootacamund

« This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️ »

« The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp. »

According to the information supplied by hotels.com, we had booked a room "donnant sur le jardin". However, on arrival we were informed that the hotel itself was full. We found ourselves in a little bungalow, set apart from the main hotel, and donnant sur…..un mur. We complained to the management, and were moved to another bungalow, even further from the main hotel. It...

« The hotel was right at market and right beside the botanical garden. Absolutely loved the stay! »

« Best in tiger hill »

« Despite my flight was cancelled, the hôtel didnt propose any commercial gesture. »

« The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well »

« Disappointing Experience – 2/5 Stars I stayed at Sterling Elk Hill from 21st October to 24th October, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I waited for around 40 minutes for someone to collect our...

« We had an incredible stay at this property! The mountain views right from our room were breathtaking, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. A special mention to Dipen and his wife, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the home-cooked food was absolutely delicious. We loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay! »
