« Room was nasty! Cold water! Bugs in the unit. Weed smell. Super loud. Only stayed 1 night of the 4 day reservation because the front desk people were no help. It was the worse experience in a hotel I have ever encountered. DO NOT STAY HERE! »

« Hôtel was very nice, however due to maintenance issues throughout the hotel we had been moved into a room that did not meet our needs. In the end had to purchase additional rooms. However it was just how it was, no one's fault. I would stay there again! Lovely pool area and easy to get to! »

« Clean, well anppointed apartment with off street parking. Excellent host communication! »

« Lovely stay for an extended work trip. It was the perfect balance of fun getaway (in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and cafes nearby) and practical cozy spot to come home to (with all the amenities). »

« My first stay in this home was amazing. the communication was a 10/10, it was clean, neighborhood was quiet. i enjoyed myself. »

« First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

« Clean, affordable, and cozy. »

« This was definitely a 5 star property in every way. Clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. There is plenty of parking in the lot in back of the property. The hosts were prompt in responding to communications. The property is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It's proximity to Aglamesis's ice cream parlor was a big plus for us! We look forward staying again. »

« Lovely space, very clean, great area and it was perfect for what we needed. »

« Property is very clean for a pet friendly property. Communication is very easy with host. We have stayed multiple times with them and they are available whenever needed. Absolutely love the balcony. »

« The unit itself was very nice and comfortable, but the area around it was not. It was difficult to find the almost unnoticeable green door that was the entry door, and after dark felt a little less than safe with several men lurking about and sleeping in recessed doorways. We had to park away from the property for a $20 charge. When we entered the building, the "lobby" as the host described it was no more than a messy back small hallway leading to an old wooden staircase and the back of a bar....

« Good location. Near Cincinnati Connector Streetcar which is free and will take you to downtown. Close to Findlay Market and restaurants. Enjoyed my first time in Cincinnati. »

« Property entrance was rough, with dark lighting and raised concrete paths, possible trip hazard. Backyard area in need of cleanup. Steps to enter property were small and somewhat difficult to use. Noise level was high. Third floor occupants were loud throughout stay. Unit was clean and comfortable. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Ed's place in Cincinnati! The accommodations were just as described. Ed provided copious details regarding check in several days before we arrived allowing us time to ask questions. He was extremely responsive with any concerns (we did not have any). There were LOTS of different codes to enter the place but Ed's list made navigation easy. The rooms were well stocked with pillows and extra blankets which was welcome. The couch was comfortable and the kitchen had...

« While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly. »

« Great place! »
