« The property is a great home base for accessing Watkins Glen and the Seneca Lake wine trail. It was clean and comfortable for our family, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of hiking. Would definitely recommend this place for exploring the area. »

« We stayed at this house 3 years ago and enjoyed it just as much this time! It’s close to Main St in Penn Yan which has shops, restaurants, and local coffee spots. It’s easy to get to the water and hiking trails. The house is clean and spacious! You must be able to handle stairs. The yard is fenced and great for my dog! And the owner is easy to contact and communicate with! Definitely recommend! »

« We had the most amazing time staying at this little cabin. The attention to detail put in to every room, instantly heightened the experience. The level of cleanliness was much appreciated and made us even more comfortable. Our favorite parts were hanging out on the front porch playing cornhole, the neighbors (cows) and making s'mores next to the fire pit. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! »

« The property was nice and comfortable. Fairly close to places we wanted to go. Fenced in backyard for our dogs. Michael gave us some tips on navigating popular spots. We had internet/tv issues so movies and football were nearly impossible to watch. Micheal tried to remedy it. Cell service also spotty here. »

« We loved being right on the lake, it was magical. The dock and fire pit were our favorite places. It was a long drive in on a private road, so we mostly grouped our activities and went out and back once. That being said, the house was well equipped for making meals, and the bed was comfortable! The house has so many windows it was wonderful to see the lake everywhere you went! »
