"This was our second year staying at this beautiful property in Dry Creek Valley, and somehow it was even better than the first. We came back again for Healdsburg Food & Wine, and this home continues to be the perfect Wine Country getaway. The setting is absolutely stunning — peaceful, private, and surrounded by everything we love about Healdsburg and Dry Creek Valley.The pool and hot tub were highlights of the trip once again. After long days of wine tasting and events, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends. The property is incredibly well maintained, comfortable, and feels like a true hidden gem tucked away in Wine Country.Sally was wonderful to work with from start to finish — communicative, thoughtful, and genuinely caring about making sure guests have an amazing experience. It’s rare to find a place that makes you want to immediately book your next stay before leaving, but this is absolutely one of them.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable Healdsburg/Dry Creek Valley experience. We cannot wait to come back again next year!"

"Our room had no ventilation. Water pressure was not acceptable. Dark depressed ambiance in the room . Very inconvenient plug in for the coffee maker. Lousy closet, terrible furniture, terrible lighting….pool area a joke for the number of rooms . Capacity sign for pool said limit was 15 people. Outrageously overpriced for a crummy room!"

"This is a beautiful cottage nestled in a vineyard overlooking the Dry Creek Valley in Healdsburg. It is about five miles out of town but it never seemed too far to go to experience the things we wanted to do. The layout is great for a couple. The finishes are beautiful. The hosts are very welcoming and personable and eager to talk about the wine country and all it has to offer. We had a great couple of days here and would go back in a heartbeat."

"The house is nice. Very close to the road which wasn’t represented in the picture when booking. Hot tub stopped working on Sat, one of two amenities, outside on the property. Need new towels. Many with rips and holes. Cindy & Victor are very nice folks. Enjoyed our conversations with them when they stopped by a couple times."

"Super clean and very well supplied on kitchen supplies, towels, indoor games, etc. Would be great to have outdoor games like corn hole, ring toss, considering the amazing green area on the outside. My dogs loved the area, and besides paying attention on the possibility of encounter some snakes they run freely. When we where not home, they stayed inside the house, they don't offer a full fenced yard, but my dogs are fully trained indoors dogs.The location was perfect for the event we went to attend. The care taker Brian is very helpful and did a very nice walk around the property up our arrival.Unfortunately the internet was VERY bad. Maybe because the events during the weekend, but we couldn't make to work well.Many Vineyard close, walk distance, from the property. Very quiet."
