The property is in an odd location, convenient but undesirable,. The room and actual building are not bad however, attention to detail is lacking. When I checked in the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and professional but when he asked his manager a question, she was incredibly rude, because I am a Hilton honors member he was assigning me the same grade room, but one in a better location, she intervened instructing him to give me the worse room and remove my Hilton honors points because I booked on Expedia. I wouldn’t stay there again just because of her incredibly unprofessional attitude. They do not have any legitimate dining options, which seems odd because there is an ideal space for it. The room also had a small patio that led to a little bigger common area. It was a little rainy so we didn’t use it, but if it was a bit warmer, we likely would’ve spent some time outside. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! While the room itself was fine, there was no hot water in the morning, which meant I could not take a shower at all. I contacted the help desk, and the only solution offered was to go to an adjacent hotel to shower. That is completely unacceptable. I paid to stay in this hotel and expect basic amenities—like hot water—to be available in my own room, not in another building. This is a fundamental issue, not a minor inconvenience, and it ruined the stay.
