"We stayed two nights for a local wedding. Immediately when we got in our room it smelled absolutely terrible. Like rotting broccoli and musty cigars. We tried to be easy and assumed other rooms may smell as well. When we woke up the first morning the AC unit leaked all into our floor and it was sopping wet. They were able to send maintenance to fix it but the maintenance and housekeeping said nothing about the smell and acted as if it were not there. Our families room right next door we found out smelled beautiful. So overall we were stuck with a musty smelling room for two nights for a very high price. The only compensation we were offered was a 25 dollar meal voucher. What a joke. Will definitely consider other options next time."

"The hotel it self was clean but they had so many kids there I guess it was a tournament they were running everywhere and knocking on my door and running "

"Hotel is great and well presented but we were there in a busy time where they were quite short staffed. The working staff did provide great service but rooms weren’t tended to, and amenities weren’t refreshed. The absence of staff made for a bit of a mid range experience despite their best efforts"

"Arrived after 11pm no one was at the front desk. He never was able to check in."
