« The property was exactly as described and very clean. We did experience a slight delay in receiving the check‑in instructions, which arrived a little after the scheduled check‑in time. It was the first time I’ve encountered that, so I started to worry, but once the information came through everything went smoothly and the rest of our stay was great. »

« Place was perfect! Spent my 28th bday here with 8 friends. It was cleanly and very spacious (3 floors)!!! The bathrooms particularly were great :) i would absolutely stay here again. Check in and out was smooth, hosts were available if needed, and the area was a good distance from everything. »

« This place was AWFUL! Pictures online DO NOT reflect what we walked into. Dirty windowsills, walls ALL marked up and dirty, barstools torn up, couch as comfortable as a cement wall, towels (the very few that we were given) were paper thin and very old, towel holders almost falling out of the wall. And the neighborhood was not safe in the LEAST!! It was SO BAD we left and got a hotel after the 1st night!! 3000 for this place was highway robbery! What an absolute waste of money. « A beautiful home in DC in a beautiful neighborhood! Off-street parking is a huge plus and the home is perfectly located with easy access to metro. We were only there a night but would love to return. The host offers many thoughtful accomodations including kitchen extras like spices and cooking oils. They also have shampoo/conditioner and other amenities that makes packing easier. Highly recommend this one! »

« The condo itself was awesome. What they don’t tell you or show pictures of is that it is in the ghetto. We had 10-15 men drinking, smoking pot eye balling us as we were about to unpack our vehicles. We left after 10 minutes, did not return. »
