"Gorgeous views of the forest, lots of hummingbirds to watch in the mornings! We walked down to the lake (<10 mins) and enjoyed the cool water. The property was beautiful and spotless and we enjoyed a lot of outside time playing lawn games. In the evenings the fire pit and hot tub were lovely. Would stay again!"

The cabin was so clean and had many amenities— kitchen was fully stocked, extra towels, cleaning supplies, sunscreen, etc. The dock and sandy beach were great for our pontoon and for the kiddos to enjoy beach toys. We loved the hot tub as well! The host was great and so easy to communicate with. Thank you for having such an amazing cabin and for being a great host! We will be back soon!"

"The check in process was simple. Cute, clean cabin right on the water with a dock. The public boat landing is right next door. You can catch small pan fish right off the pier. Restaurant right down the road. I want to come back soon!"

"This little cabin was perfect for our weekend stay. There were five adults, but we never felt cramped. It was nice to be together in the same space versus staying in three hotel rooms. We had everything we needed. The cabin was neat and very clean. It has the old world charm of a by-gone era of the old-time resorts, but the interior has been gutted and redone with new flooring, walls, and furniture. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This place was as advertised minus the grill, which was hidden in the shed and looked like it had not been cleaned ever and had 1/4 tank of propane. Very clean, welcoming, spacious, and all the beds were comfy!! Sadly very disappointed with the absence of communication with the hosts. I tried twice to get a hold of someone and nothing. We had a broken toilet, which we fixed ourselves, a broken coffee pot, and had to search the entire house for any manual regarding information about the house....

"We had a very comfortable stay at Serene Lake House. We appreciated Todd's attentiveness to our concerns and questions. (Following Todd's advice, we had no issues with the pup next door but we were vigilant about keeping our dog leashed when outside and our dog stayed within the rental yard.) The Master suite is wonderful! and there was plenty of room for us all (four adults and two young children) to crash and relax after a day on the lake.
