Stay included breakfast which was off the menu. You need to request basic condiments like syrup or salt. Food was not a highlight in any way but provided us fuel. 2\. Service from staff was slow in their main restaurant and bar. They are understaffed and while there they had two small events and so service was non existent. The bartender did her best to manage it all by herself. 3\. The upper level pool was a highlight but bar there was closed so no service offered. The pool needs to be cleaned. Dirty Bandaid in the pool. There throughout our four day stay and never cleaned:( 4\. Our room was “cleaned” the floor was not dusted or vacuumed once. Just beds reset and towels reset. Plenty of towels provided. 5\. Starbucks is on the lower floor which is great but limited hours. 6\. Parking was included and free which was nice. 7\. The location we thought was great. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Anakeesta lift and a 5 minute stroll to the thick of the Gatlinberg strip. Minus these issues above… we would stay again as the other properties we viewed weren’t that great. It’s difficult to find top notch property in the area. Two free alcoholic drinks and snacks during happy hour from 1700-1830 were a bonus! $15 self parking per daily was reasonable. Starbucks onsite was just ok. My iced matcha latte was not made the same way at a regular Starbucks. I wished mouthwash was an included amenity. Overall, a great hotel, within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The Park Grill was our go to place for delicious trout and all you can eat salad.
