Affordable Japanese Ryokan. Very comfortable and clean, just a bit hard to communicate since it seems that none of their staff could speak English. But overall a very memorable experience in Kinosaki!

酷いにもほどがある。

次回城崎に行っても絶対利用しません。家族5人なのに予約の手違いで大人1、子供3の間違いに。直ぐに訂正を頂き差額換算しましたが、出てきた女将らしき女性の態度が有り得ないくらい失礼。いきなり隠し子かと思っただのそっちが予約したんだろうみたいな旅館の客商売をしてるとは思えない失礼ぶり。子供の足りないタオルをお願いしたらとっても嫌な顔をされました。そして無残に畳んだ雑巾より酷い掃除用かと思うくらい使い古したタオルを持ってくる。部屋に用意してあったとは比べ物にならないくらい別物でした。それでもこちらの予約ミスなら申し訳ないと我慢していました。夜に主人が誤って冷蔵庫の酒類を抜いてしまい翌朝会計の際に謝りました。主人は凄く下から何度もお愛想しながら謝ったのにその女将らしき女性、笑顔も愛想も返しの言葉も何一つなし。何一つ返事なし。客をこんなに馬鹿にする旅館があるのかとびっくりしました。この時代によくそんな接客ができるものかと。外国人には受けるのかもしれませんが、アウト過ぎて逆に驚きです。こんなところじゃリピーターはまず来ないですね。風情のいい城崎温泉なのに残念です。その他のスタッフの方は至って普通でした。こんな嫌な思いをするならあと幾らか払ってサービスの良い旅館にするべきでした。城崎の思い出と言えば本当に失礼すぎる旅館の女将だったね、というのが主人の会話。家族旅行も台無しです。ここの女将は客を何だと思ってるのか不思議で仕方ありません。

價格合理

理想的住宿位置，就在地藏湯後面的巷子裡，很安靜。櫃檯不懂英文，不太能用英文溝通。房間沒有暖氣，有點冷。住宿可以買湯外溫泉pass，泡外湯很方便。

房間非常乾淨，服務也非常好，飯店內就有溫泉池，早上起床後不想出去泡外湯時，也可以在飯店內泡，非常方便!

Lovely ryokan with very friendly staff

Very nice ryokan with good location in the middle of picturesque Kinosakionsen. Nice and friendly staff. Very helpful. Lovely place for a short onsen getaway. Small onsen in hostel where you could take a bath. Close to the beautiful main onsens in town. Food was delicious and nicely served. Slept very well on the traditional japanese beds. Would definitely recommend this place!

Séjour à Kinosaki Onsen

Ryokan situé à 10 minutes à pied environ de la gare. Ambiance très familiale. Les bains thermaux dans l'hôtel sont fantastiques. Par contre, les restaurants ferment très tôt dans le village, très compliqué de trouver un restaurant ouvert le soir.
