"Overall experience and accommodations were positive. We plan to return to the area within the next 3-6 months and plan stay at this property again, due to it’s convenient location. We hope to see improvements in the areas described below. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. The cost was a bit steep (for breakfast), but we anticipated that and so we weren’t surprised. The food was good, the presentation was appealing and the serving size plentiful. Our waitress was welcoming and attentive. I requested my eggs scrambled “soft” - they missed the mark on the “soft” part, but it was not a big deal. Next time we visit we will skip the coffee; we found it to be bitter. The front staff was welcoming and helpful. When I requested bottled water, they gave it to me with a smile. We had 3 separate reservations, but only received the complimentary water in our room for the first reservation. We requested housekeeping each day. One day, they placed the iron on its side and water ran out over the table. There are no cups in the room to put water in the iron. Housekeeping did not wipe down surfaces or put the correct number of towels/wash cloths in the room. We had to keep asking for them (4-day stay). The shower did not drain properly. Each day, there was standing water that pooled in the corner. The was comfortable, but it creaked when you sat down on it or turned, which disturbed our sleep. The door to exit the toilet was missing the handle."

"Hotel is in a good location with free parking. We had to switch rooms a few times due to ants and other bugs. Last room we received was better but also found a “tenebrio molitor” (beetle). First floor rug closer to the end of the hall by room 139 has a terrible pee odor, quite strong. The staff we met was overall nice though and seems like part of the hotel has new rugs so hopefully it’s getting the Maintance needed in its entirety."

"Room was semi-clean. Furniture was worn and lamp was broke. None of the ice machines worked except for the one on the main floor. The vending machines only took dollar bills no credit cards and only $1 or $5 and the front desk did not have change. Not alot to watch on TV unless you paid for it. Front desk staff was very nice."

"The pictures online are lies. Even staying one night, it was not good. The corners of the floors were dirty. The one of two beds in our room was not stable. I leaned on it to put on shoes and the whole bed slide and I nearly fell. The hallways smells extremely bad of cigarettes and wet mold. If I had a way to get out of staying there I would have. The staff was very kind and friendly but the place is trash. Simple cleanliness was not adhered too. The only reason I slept on the bed was because it had a plastic wrap so I knew the mattress was covered."
