« The property was as described. The host’s were available when needed and responded quickly to concerns. The house had lots of extras: towels, games, plenty of cleaning products, paper products, and a well stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic- close to town and a short walk to the lake! We enjoyed our stay! This was a great spot for a multi generational getaway- plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! »

« Kyle was readily available and responsive. Very clean, plenty bath and kitchen items. Snow removal was taken care of. Property is splendid. Lots of info for area attractions, entertainment, food, snacks etc in the handbook. Great proximity to Lake Ontario, Seabreeze Park and other parks. »

« This Finger Lakes Premier Property location was extremely disappointing to say the least! Upon arrival, we immediately smelled a strong noxious odor resembling waste or sewage. The noxious smell was so overwhelming that we needed to leave within a few minutes to get fresh air. From outside, we contacted the host's customer service number and explained the situation. We were told they could not do anything until the next day as no one with authority was available to take the call. We urged...
