« Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. »

« We were enthusiastic about the proximity to Cooperstown and the rural quiet of the farm meadow. The host was very helpful with the written description of access and responsive to our requests, showing their concern and care for their customers. Upon arrival, we found dirty flatware, dishes, and cooking pots/pans. The bathroom and dining area were impressively clean, but we found the floor surprisingly not clean. Quite thankfully the weather was cool and we did not need to use the noisy air...
