One of a kind Treehouse on the Genesee River

"My wife and 2 daughters really enjoyed this property for 2 nights. Nice and secluded. A great place to stay and visit Letchworth State Park. Enjoyed a nice bonfire at night and breakfast at Ace's in Belfast. Outdoor shower was a fun experience for us. A good home base for exploring the southern tier."

"Wonderful time with family for a weekend retreat on a private property with incredible views from the deck. We had a great time and owner was quick to respond to any questions and even followed up to insure everything was OK. We would all love to come back again some day. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway or family reunion. Thank you Laura!"

"The room was very clean. It was right off the road so there was the noise of traffic. It also is right above the restaurant outdoor dining/bar area and it looks like there is live music there often so that may be unappealing for people looking for a quiet lake getaway. There is an excellent restaurant on site with beach front tables and a marina. It looks like it gets very busy there on weekends with boat traffic and tourists. No central office so check-in was at the bar. Overall a very nice place to stay."

"The stay was nice but I think price a bit high. I’ve rented other 3 bedroom houses over there for the price. Also the glass on the screen door needs to be better secured and the AC vent kept coming off the window blowing hot air, making the house hot when we were sleeping."
