Clean, has all necessary supplies. Dock usage and lake are pretty awesome. The actual section that this house is located in is just OK. The neighbors are rude. The rules are VERY strict, but other than this it was a pleasant stay. The owner had great communication and was very helpful. It isn't his fault the neighbors are a minus not a plus. We skied back for lunch and skied back out for the afternoon; skied in for a quick dinner and the boys skied back out for night skiing. Terrific location! Kitchen was clean and serviceable (no oven but two burners, sink, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster) and beds were good. Everything was easy... check in, check out, so smooth.
