"Good location for visiting Mesa Verde NP and Chaco Canyon NHP. Room was comfortable and fine for our purposes. Location was close to a Walmart for the items we had forgotten."

"Room was very clean but a little rough around the edges - refurbishment underway? Liked updated furnishings and carpet but doors and door frames needed repairs and painting and sealant between tub and floor tile needed replacement. Watch out for step at ground floor room door threshold!"

"This was a perfect place to stay. It was quiet and beautiful. The host ensured that we felt welcomed. Our 2 dogs often rested on a blanket observing the valley below. The night sky was like a blanket of jewels; no street lights to mar the ambiance of the setting. This home is very pet-friendly and the host always responded quickly to our questions. This home is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the noise and bustle of the city or town. The home was clean and toiletries were thoughtfully provided by the host. The location is ideal for visiting Durango and Mesa Verde which were our planned destinations."
