### Villa "Solaris" with Shared Pool & Wi-Fi

Located in Torrevieja, the villa "Solaris" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.  
  
The villa offers a private outdoor space with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared pool.  
  
The property is located right next to a bus stop with connections to the city centre and Punta Prima. All essential services and a number of bars can be reached on foot.  
  
Free parking is available on the street.
