Stunning Distant sea views, Immersed in olive trees with PRIVATE POOL

"This property exceeded our expectations in every way — it's even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The house is situated in a wonderfully quiet location, which made it the perfect place for us to relax and unwind.Gina and Toy are outstanding hosts. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and easygoing throughout our entire stay. At one point we needed dog food, and they went out of their way to pick some up for us — a level of service that really isn't something you'd expect, but it meant so much to us.The highlight of our trip was definitely the huge pool, which looks absolutely magical when lit up at night. We had so much fun holding swimming competitions with our kids there. The house itself is also fantastic — there's ping pong, a PlayStation, and a really well-equipped kitchen, so there was never a dull moment.Gina and Toy welcomed us with a lovely bottle of rosé, which was such a sweet touch. And from the rooftop terrace, we watched some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen.This was honestly one of the best vacations we've ever had. We can't recommend this house — and these incredible hosts — highly enough!"

"We were a group of 4 adults , my wife, my son and his girlfriend staying for the last 2 weeks of August. The villa was clean, large and spacious, the kitchen very well equipped and we had a large private area to enjoy our meals if we stayed in. The pool was fabulous and much larger than expected. The highlight for us though was Giacomo and his family who are lovely and could not do enough for us and made us feel so welcome and right at home and very much part of life in Puglia. The villa has ample parking behind the electric gates and is in an ideal location with larger towns only 10 minutes away and is ideally located to visit the sites ( Ostuni, Alberobello, Monopoli, Mesagne) and the nearest beach is 10 minutes away."

"This is a wonderful villa that offers plenty of space and excellent amenities. The property was very clean, well designed, and fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the covered terrace, the rooftop terrace with its great views, and the large pool.There were a few minor drawbacks. The outdoor areas could have been cleaner, and communication with the local support person was not always straightforward. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa. However, considering the price, we expected a slightly higher standard of service and maintenance."

"Accueil et gentillesse de Giuseppina tout au long du séjour.Maison de vacances avec tout le nécessaire et propre. Bonne literie dans les deux grands lits. Les lits d’une personne sont plutôt pour des enfants. Salles de bains petites mais fonctionnelles avec douche, toilette et une avec bain. Air conditionné, parfait avec la chaleur d’été. Bel espace terrasse tout autour de la maison, ombragé à partir de la fin de matinée, ce qui est parfait. Belle piscine avec transats, parasol et serviettes de piscine. Vue sur la mer. Beau grand jardin. Quartier très calme dans la campagne, terrain fermé, portail, alarme. Proche des commerces, de la plage, des restaurants et situation centrale pour visiter les Pouilles."

"Alles bestens! Die Kommunikation mit Daniele war super – unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Besonders toll fanden wir die Außenküche und den Pool, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Insgesamt eine rundum schöne Erfahrung – absolut empfehlenswert!"

"This was an amazing property immersed in nature and the traditions of the local countryside! Sleeping in a Trullo was also an extraordinary experience. This farmhouse was clean, had a great patio, was decorated well and had all the amenities of home. The hosts were very accommodating as well. Other key points.... just 10 min drive to Torre Guaceto beach, the most beautiful in the area and one of the most beautiful in Puglia... authentic towns of San Vito dei Normani and Carovigno close by. Very easy to explore other coastal towns, Val d'Itria (1 hr) and Ostuni (30 mins). This house was the perfect piece to the puzzle for an unforgettable vacation."

"Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und mit einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr gut ausgestattet. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage , umgeben von Olivenhainen. Zu dieser Zeit gab es nicht viele Nachbarn auf den angrenzenden Grundstücken. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Gepflegtesr sauberer Pool. Leider war das Wetter zu windig, um ihn wirklich jetzt nutzen zu können.Die Kommunikation mit Gianluca ist unkompliziert, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder"
