Posizione strategica per il silenzio notturno, ma se non hai un mezzo non vai da nessuna parte. Hanno una navetta interna che sicuramente coccolerà il cliente. Su tutto il resto niente da dire.. Noi avevamo una carriera superior sempre pulita, spaziosa, con vista mare/campo da golf. La struttura è enorme e ben curata!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit zwei verschiedenen Pools. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Enttäuschend ist das Frühstück: Kein 4*-Standard: günstiges Fleisch, kein frisches Brot - nur Aufbacksachen. In der Vorsaison leider viele Reisegruppen, die bis 9.00 Uhr das Buffet belagern. Entsprechend laut. Schade, kann man nicht draussen frühstücken. Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, aber dafür rasch in Orten mit vielen Restaurants.

Un bel hôtel mais qui doit être plus à l’ecoute

Un magnifique lieu d hébergement mais qui axe ses services sur l’événementiel et du coup oublie les touristes. 4 mariages en 4 jours tout le personnel y est dédié de fait des saletés laissés par des touristes (serviettes de bain, verres, bouteilles, seau à champagne, cendriers pleins, crackers,..) ont trainé 4 jours au bord de la piscine. Avec un coup de vent les verres se sont cassés de fait pleins de morceaux il a fallu demander le balayage… côté petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du prix payé très léger… beaucoup de sucre et peu de diversité de fromage ou plats salés. Une déception aussi de cette prestation. le personnel très sympathique, et serviable lors des demandes mais pas assez nombreux. Pas de réels salons, les produits sont très limités à la disposition des clients… nous avons vu beaucoup mieux dans des 4 étoiles même 3 dans d’autres endroits .cote repas nous n’avons pas pris sur place, pas d’affichage 40 euros sans les boissons pour ne pas connaître le menu apparemment limité Bref un bel endroit mais l’hôtel devrait faire un choix entre touristes et autres prestations

La struttura è molto bella e molto ben tenuta. La pulizia è evidente sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. In bagno manca un kit di cortesia ma è un peccato veniale. La colazione è abbastanza scarna e, pur non essendo molto varia, offre prodotti di qualità; le torte e le crostate sono chiaramente sfornate in loco. La piscina, nonostante non sia molto grande, è bella e ben tenuta. Prezzo un po’ alto.

Nuit au Relais Masseria Caselli

Cadre de l’hôtel magnifique près de Torre Guaceto, un très beau lieu pour les réceptions, la piscine et les palmiers éclairés la nuit donnent beaucoup de charme. En revanche, service déplorable. Un accueil expédié à l’arrivée avec presque aucune information, il faut tout demander (même le code wifi), chambre peu équipée. Pour le petit déjeuné, comptez 20min en plus car vous n’avez pas accès direct au buffet et devez faire la queue pour qu’un serveur vous donne ce que vous choisissez à distance.

This hotel is predominantly a wedding venue. We were staying for 3 nights and saw three weddings. The room was clean but basic. We had planned to sightsee in the morning and have a rest by the pool in the afternoon. However There was no water in the pool and no sun loungers to sit on , when we asked about this the receptionist said they were painting the pool, but no one had warned us about this,and there was no apology. The only other place to sit was a central courtyard but on one of the days this was being used for a wedding. While the photos of the hotel look amazing this was not the reality. The breakfast buffet was poor with not much choice.
