Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. "The Blanket Hotel is an oasis, we stayed for 3 nights and every part of our time here was fabulous, however, the hotel team are the highlight, nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are large and have everything you need, they are also impeccably clean. The restaurant is also great, the food is varied and very fresh. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and we wandered to the nearby village stopping for a lime soda with the lovely lady who runs a small cafe near the bridge. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to friends and family. "

"Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. Photo attached and also taken by the new Manager. "
