Welcome to Velvet Pines, a warm, wood-wrapped cabin that feels like stepping into your own autumn postcard. Nestled beneath the changing leaves of the Poconos, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath getaway blends nostalgic mountain charm with chic, modern comfort. Curl up by the stone fireplace as golden light filters through the trees, spin your favorite vinyl on the record player, or share stories by the outdoor firepit under a starlit canopy. Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability  
• Swimming at the Lakes: Open from Labor Day through Memorial Day, summer months only.  
• Boating/Tennis/Pickleball Courts/Basketball: opens all summer and closes 10/31/25.  
• There are no winter amenities available.  
  
• Each registered guest will receive a wristband. 6 of these wristbands include free access to the community pool.  
• If your group has more than 6 people, any additional guests over the age of six years old will need to pay $10 per day to use the pool. Payment is cash only and must be made at the pool.  
• All other amenities can be accessed with the wristbands at no additional cost, except for golf and fitness, which require separate payments.  
• Kayaks & Paddle Boards: Available at no additional cost from Wednesday through Sunday, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM during the summer season. These are only accessible on those days and are offered on a first come, first served basis.  
  
Community Registration:  
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 4 days before check-in. Late registrations are subject to a $75 late fee. Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

In the living room, gather around the stone fireplace, settle into plush chairs, and let the moody tones and vintage details make you feel like you’ve discovered a hidden mountain retreat. Classic board games, a framed Smart TV, and a record player set the tone for unplugged evenings and warm connection.  
  
Bedroom & Bathroom Layout  
Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Queen bed, rich autumn hues, and botanical artwork—your serene hideaway after a day outdoors.  
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Two twin beds with mountain-blue accents and woodland art, perfect for kids or friends.  
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen bed tucked under vaulted wooden ceilings with soft amber lighting and cozy blankets for a dreamy cabin sleep.  
Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has space to refresh, complete with plush towels and fall-scented essentials.

The kitchen is a showstopper — stylish butcher-block counters, subway tile backsplash, and retro-inspired appliances in soft gray and wood tones.
