« Where to start. Check-in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was so clean and comfortable. There were drawers to unpack, unlike the highly rated Lincoln hotel in Chicago, where all of the suitcases took up floor space!
Unfortunately a very severe storm came through and we lost power, in fact no power within 15-20 miles.
The staff was exceptional! They would refund that night and any others if you had booked them. They helped those that chose to move down towards Toledo...

« I have stayed at this property many times and have had great experiences in the past, but I have never had any problems. This time I had a big problem and the staff was incompetent and willingly inept. I was staying in a room that had a walk-in shower and every time you took a shower it flooded. I told the girl at reception the next morning and asked for my room to be cleaned.
