"Dirty/ smelly room. Holes in walls and furniture falling apart. Wifi kept disconnecting. Booked and paid for 2 rooms and no mention of a security deposit and was blindsided by that at check in. "

"The elevator was broken. The pool was filthy. The room was dingy and the whole hotel stunk."

"Beds were very comfortable and it was in a good location. The hotel is a little outdated. Rooms could use remodeling and the couch in our room needs to be replaced because it was dirty and no one wanted to sit on it. Staff was very friendly and we got vouchers for a free alcoholic drink which we did take advantage of. The indoor pool is just split between the outdoor pool, which made the water really cold since it was cold the night we stayed. Would I stay here again? Probably not for the price they charge. It was a little pricey for the condition that hotel is in. "

"Breakfast was good. But they do not like to refill anything 15mins until the breakfast hour is over. Like you snooze you loose. They also ONLY leave 3 towels in the room. Well we booked 1 room with 2 beds because there is 4 of us. I told my 9 year old to get more towels from the front. The lady told her she had to bring the dirty towels down first. The lady at the front told my daughter there were cameras EVERYWHERE. So my daughter came back to the room and got the dirty towels. She carried them back down and they only gave her 3 more! They don’t need to be worried about towels. They need to be worried about 10 teenagers running from the sitting area and jumping the fence when they saw me and my little girls get out of the car. Not in the nicest area. "

"Everything was great other than the customer service. Our first room had a dead breaker for the fridge and microwave. I let the lady running the front know about it and she said she would let maintenance know about it. Wake up to leave for the day and speak to the gentlemen who is on shift, he informs me maintenance wouldn’t be back for a few days and the lady should’ve known that and moved our room. He went ahead and changed our room and apologized profusely since we had already settled into the room. Next problem was the juice machine was left neglected, overflowing drip tray, empty orange juice, empty apple juice, etc. Breakfast was lacking, many people turned right back around to their rooms due to the lacking ability to refill sausage and potatoes.
