« Hôtel logé dans une belle maison historique, bien située. Petits-déjeuners plutôt pas mal, mais service inexistant, maintenance déficiente, propreté douteuse. Lit double full size ridiculement petit et inconfortable, largeur 137 cm. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Pas de shampooing ni de gel douche. Chambre mal insonorisée, climatisation non réglable, équipements peu fonctionnels. Une expérience très décevante. »

« L'hôtel est bien situé mais c'est tout. Le personnel est très difficile, est du genre à vous sortir de force de chambre par ce que vous avez une minute de retard sur le Check out. Globalement l'hôtel n'est pas propre et sent mauvais. L'hôtel est assis très bruyant la nuit donc si vous avez besoin d'un sommeil reposant ce n'est pas le bon endroit. »

« Comforter was ripped in the middle all the way through. The shower didn’t have a full shower door so the floor got soaked every time. »

« Bed was broken in first room. Told I had to return to the same room after one night at the second room. Hotel needs better maintenance, but is a decent affordable options if room is in full repair. »

« Peu luxueux pour un Marriott mais confortable et très bien situé. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner dans le sympathique IHOP au rez-de-chaussée, quant au restaurant de l’hôtel c’est un Applebees. Très belle vue depuis la chambre au 18ème étage. »

« Rooms are clean but hotel is old and smells bad. Aircon is really noisy, need to turn it off for sleeping. Breakfast is included so no complain. A free shuttle to Downtown is available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 4pm to 12am, very convenient. »
