Villa Azul is located in Teulada. The property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 guest toilets, accommodating up to 6 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as beach and pool towels. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided. The holiday home offers a private outdoor oasis with a pool, garden, several terraces, balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower – ideal for enjoying the sun and dining outside. The pool depth is 1.7 m at the steps and 2.0 m at the deepest point.



The property is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The villa is also located next to a padel court. Parking is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Pets and smoking are not allowed. An e-car charging station is available (for a fee). The property also has a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.



There are guidelines for proper waste separation, which you will be informed about on site. The property uses energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.
