Home is comfortable and with a bit of attention to detail would rate a 9 (blinds broken on a few windows and need repair, appliances, specifically washer, was nonworking). Host communication was timely and although not able to fix the washer, was made aware and adjusted cost to compensate (good service recovery). Only one entrance/egress as sliding doors to back are not workable. Back yard only accessed by a gate as door does not open to backyard. No outdoor furniture available, no outside grill, but if you are looking for a cool and comfortable, clean place to stay inside, this is nice. ##### Andrea M.
